*HST is payable on all fees. Boardroom booking and catering are extra.
If the mediation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to the scheduled mediation the date, a cancellation fee plus disbursements and HST is applicable. Rescheduling is permitted and charges will be waived provided that the notification of the need to reschedule is provided not less than 20 days before the mediation (Cancellation fee varies based on half or full day mediations and the number of parties involved.)
